Sip

In Sip, I will share with you the wines I have tasted, the wineries I have visited, the winemakers I have engaged, the classes I have attended, and the classes I have taught.  I love all wines, appreciate the classic wines, even admitting to being “intrigued” by the “spectated” and “advocated” wines,  and confess that white zinfandel still goes deliciously with takeout Chinese food, but I do derive the greatest joy in discovering a new fresh and unique wine to taste.
